Chocolate Masterclass- Cacao 101- Introduction to Craft Chocolate on Saturday May 23rd at 1:00 pm

This is our very popular introductory class covering how chocolate is made and how to taste it properly. A great way to learn what makes fine chocolate so special and how we consumers can do our part to ensure it stays that way. Be prepared to taste some extraordinary dark chocolate bars!

Class starts at 1:00 pm in the store. Please arrive 5 minutes early to check-in for the class. Your ticket will be waiting for you when you arrive.

Note: we suggest you bring a water bottle to class.
