Cacao 101: Intro to Craft Chocolate - Halloween Edition!

Don't get scared by bad chocolate...come try some real tasty chocolate this Halloween!

This Halloween edition of our introductory class to craft chocolate, we will teach you where cacao comes from and how it becomes chocolate. We will talk about how to taste chocolate properly, what makes craft chocolate so special, and how to avoid the scary commodity chocolate.

And because it's also Halloween, we may throw in a fun chocolate or two to taste (perhaps milk chocolate or an intriguing inclusion bar...)

Be prepared to taste some extraordinary single origin dark (or milk!) chocolate bars!

Class starts at 1:00 pm in the store. Please arrive 5 minutes early to check-in for the class. Your ticket will be waiting for you when you arrive.

Note: we suggest you bring a water bottle to class.
