Chocolate Masterclass- Earth day and Climate Resistance on April 18

In honour of Earth day, this class will focus on how our changing climate has impacted cocoa farms as well as how cacao is being used to combat climate change. We will discuss how climate pattern change is affecting growing seasons, recent issues affecting African cacao production, as well as restoration projects that use cacao to save the rainforests and support low-income areas. We will taste some very complex chocolate featuring wild grown cacao from South America.
