One of our most popular bars at the shop, the Mababu Village, Tanzania bar from Askinosie not only tastes great but has a fantastic story behind it. This bar is a project of Askinosie's Chocolate University, an experiential learning project for local high schoolers in Springfield, MO that involves hands-on learning during the school year and culminates in a trip to Tanzania to aid in community development projects.

Tasting notes of fudge brownie, a hint of red fruit (think cherries and strawberries), and inspiration.
