This is Taylor's delicious Guatemala dark milk bar further taken up a notch with the addition of fresh cardamom grown by the same Guatemalan farm families. It adds a fresh citrusy note plus an exotic spiciness. A small dusting of cacao nibs add some texture and crunch to this most complex bar.
