Chocolate Masterclass - Canadian Bean-to-Bar Makers - Saturday November 16th at 1:00 pm

Few people know it, but many of the world's top chocolate makers happen to be Canadian. We carry eleven different producers at the moment, all International Award winners. In this tasting we will look at the history of chocolate making in Canada and taste many of the top bars produced in our country.
